Return and Exchanges Policy

Any product offered by us does not automatically qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods before a refund, return or exchange is accepted. If any product you have purchased with us is defective, please send an email to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Proof of purchase and delivery is required when submitting a return or exchange.  

Seven Day Returns Policy:

Any customer can return purchased goods within a 7-day period of that purchase if the following conditions are met.

  1. The product is unopened and unused.
  2. It remains undamaged in the original packaging.
  3. The product is determined to be unfit for the purpose it was purchased for.

Defective goods

If any product you have purchased on is defective, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You will need to provide proof of purchase and delivery when submitting your request.

Additional Charges

In the context of current consumer laws in South Africa, you can be charged for the use of the purchased goods in certain circumstances, which includes the cost to prepare those goods fit for resale.

If you, as a customer, want to return goods to us, we will inform you what these charges would be after we have had the opportunity to inspect the condition of the goods at the time of return.  


We do not offer any refunds without the inspection of the returned product. A refund may only be processed once we have determined the product is unopened and unused and is determined by us to be defective. We cannot offer a refund to a product not purchased on our website or store.
